Serving local San Diego uni and oysters. Uni was fresh prepped out of the tank. The raw bar is an experience tho the set up and service is a little funky.

In this underwhelming valley of immature wineries I actually found a noticeable winemaker. Promising. Interesting.. Lets see how this goes with age. :)
