Great barre and Pilates classes! Jackie, Lanae, and Elizabeth ("Chainsaw") are great instructors. The 30/30 class flies by (30 minutes Pilates & 30 minutes of barre).

If you think Pilates is all about stretching, think again! These classes will make you sweat. This studio offers the full suite of sculpting classes including TRX which is hard to find elsewhere.

Are you ready to seriously strengthen your core? Then, you are in the right place. The FitFormer will give you an awesome dynamic workout. Plus, the studio offers great TRX and Barre classes.

Large, welcoming space. The flexformers look like torture devices but guarantee a unique and challenging Pilates workout.

Both Pilates and barre are hard as hell so get your ass in there. Really nice changing room but no shower at this location

It's definitely not your regular Pilates studio. It's a lot more active, but also requires more coordination.
