Martin R.Martin Ryu: 만두국을 먹었다. 단백하다. 단백하다는 건 덜 넣었다는 뜻이 아니라, 다 넣었다가 필요 없는 것을 다시 건져내는 수고로움이 필요하다는 뜻일 것이다. 시간이 지나도 크게 변하지 않는 정직한 맛이다. 만두만 빚는 분이 홀에 자리 잡고 만두만 빚는 가게. 게다가 주인 아저씨는 항상 웃는 얼굴이다. 다만 오늘은 깍두기가 살짝 아쉽다. JW Point 3.5/5

Martin R.Martin Ryu: 산나물밥과 몇 가지 시골음식들이 주된 메뉴다. 우선 자극적이지 않다. 염분을 많이 덜어냈다. 소재의 맛을 느낄 수 있도록 신경을 썼다. 월산댁 뽕잎, 일포댁 취나물, 청송삼거리방앗간 쌀밥, 황관장네 된장...실명제다. 찬이 간소하지만 부담 없어 좋다. 밥도 찌개도 정갈하고 구수하다. JW Point 3/5
