You get to know your coworkers alot better with double beds more like 1.5 single beds. Guess its pretty standard for new york.

They don't lend umbrellas when it's raining. Sad that this common courtesy has been lost. Lack of coffee maker and fridge also disappointing, but the beds are comfortable.

I arrived at 2 pm but early check-in was not available. I went again at 3:30 pm, but the room was not ready yet and they told me I should wait forty minutes more.

Rooms decent. Terrible internet and of all hilton hotels in NY (and I have been to almost all) the worst service. Everyone here hates their job, possibly life completely. Convenient to grand central.

I never hated a hotel like I hated this one ! Today is my last day and they made my stay miserable .. Don't expect any help from the front desk they are super rude and they don't want to work.

Somehow comfortable. Small. Bad attention, if you miss your housekeeping in the morning don't expect them to come back

Worst experience ever. The personnel is rude and they treat you as they are doing you a favor. I lost a business appointment thx to a bellmen. Never staying here again. The food is also awful.

Probably one of the worst hotel I ever stay at. Long line for check in, just like Wal-Mart counter, 4 counter only 2 open, unfriendly front desk staffs, never stay here again

Plan ahead if you plan to take a hot shower. I think the water heater is located in Jersey

Hotel de localização boa. Entretanto é minúsculo, sem free wifi, sem frigobar e sem cafeteira! Impossível acordar sem um café no friozinho de NY 😞

Better bring a water to your room. They, sadly, don't supply. Also, room service is weak....so if you travel as much as some of us do, you may want to avoid.

Reception at this hotel is the worst. Don't be fooled by the modern decor of the lobby, the treatment is more like the ghetto d o u b l e t r e e sign on the side of the building. No executive lounge.

Plan for extra time getting up and down if you're staying here--it can take upwards of 15 minutes to get an elevator!

Worst Hilton property I have stayed at in years! No coffee maker in the room, rude service and awful breakfast. Add to that small cramped rooms that you can not move around in we will not be back.

Bullshit charge of $2 per bag if you arrive before official check-in time - first time a hotel has EVER charged me for this. Disgraceful for a Hilton.

Rooms look far worse than presented on website. While staff (namely Simone) is very good the hotel somewhat fails short of Hilton fame.

Their currently going under renovation on certain floors, hallways are gutted and kinda creepy, but rooms are fine and a lot cheaper

Be prepared to pay $14-$16 daily for the worst interest service..... This hotel needs to get with the times of free wireless wifi in all areas of the hotel.

Adjust the thermostat? What a joke. There is no heat in here... I've been shaking in the sheets at night. What a terrible hotel. Not even a coffee maker for some hot beverages. This place sucks.

Considerando ser hotel Hilton, o atendimento na recepcção é fraco, não tem ffrigobar nos apartamentos e nenhuma máquina de facilidades tipo self service.

This hotel does NOT offer a coffee maker in each room. I consider this a failure for a Hilton brand hotel.

If you have Hilton honors, don't book through 3rd party like Priceline or Hotels.com. Hilton will not recognize your stay and give you zero. There are so many better options in this city.
