Stopped here while on route 66. Good food and great service. The chocolate malt is a must order if you enjoy strong flavors. Sandwich or crepe - both are good and super filling. Free wifi too.
Beautiful view from here. There are park benches that look out to waves crashing against rocks that stick out of the beautiful blue Pacific with the golden gate bridge in the distance. Gorgeous!
Buy a bag of fresh oysters, lemon,sauce and shucking knives; BYOB for a great day outdoors. The picnic area is closed now but there are a few benches around and picnic areas nearby.
It's a long drive to get there but worth it. Dress warm because this is the windiest area in the pacific coast and it gets really cold. There's a half a mile walk from parking, dogs are not allowed.
Excellent food - worth the 25 min wait. Loved the gyro plate and souvlaki skewers. They even customized an order for a vegan member of our party. Place is managed by the folks who own Dametra Cafe.
Must be one of the most spectacular places on earth. Mcway falls, bixby bridge and Pfeiffer beach are gorgeous. But no network connectivity in this area so male sure you plan everything in advance.
Must do in big sur. The waterfall trail to see mcway falls is an easy short walk really. Canton trail is beautiful too. Pay $10 to park inside. There's absolutely no network so come prepared.
It's a super short walk (not really a hike) to one of the most breathtaking views you'll see. Amazing colors on a clear sky day.
One of the most beautiful sights of the world. Take the dirt road , coast road just north of bixby bridge for that perfect shot of the bridge.

Interesting drive down this incredibly winding street. Very pretty when viewed from leavenworth street. Make sure you go up the opp side of Lombard and take the winding path down.
Amazing flavours, not too sweet, soft creamy ice cream. Go for the secret breakfast or Vietnamese coffee or peanut butter fudge. Yum!
