Diana with the accent in her speech is awesome. Laser hurts. But a little coaching with a relaxin voice goes a long way.

Most of staff is rude. Waited at least 20-30 minutes past my appt each time. TWICE I had to leave w/o treatment due to miscommunication. Super frustrating! Only going back cause I bought a package.
