Sit at the bar for close up view of the action. 3 person crew. 1 on wok. 1 on noodles. 1 on broth.
Spicy miso is amazing. Must order. Why don't they have it on the permanent menu?!!
Get the shio ramen. Add the egg. Skip extra noodles. Displaces too much of the delicious broth.

- Get chawanmushi, pork Brussels sprouts, pork miso rice ball. Edamame good for happy hour. Chicken thigh and beef tenderloin skewers were well cooked but disappointingly bland.
At the Izakaya upstairs: get the chawanmushi and the mentaiko!

Awesome! Amazing tuna poke, eggplant, grilled Avocado, fried garlic.
Shio or shiyo won't disappoint. As long as you get da spice bomb. Boom.

"Love the Regal in Chinatown! Very easy to get to. Parking lot underground where you can park for free for 2-3 hours and get your ticket validated at the theaters. Easy to get to from the Metro!"
