My favorite gym I have ever been a member of. Personal training is great, but start with all the classes - you get more that you pay for! See Autumn, Amanda & Chad - they're fantastic!

Love this gym! Great friendly staff, best Zumba classes, See David, the new general manager. He's the best! will make this gym even greater!

I just enrolled not even a whole week yet and I really love this place. Awesome equiptment Friendly people. I see former members of sport&health that joined and even their faces glows at nite in here.
