Take the Abs Class at 7:30am on Saturdays. You won't be able to laugh or cough for days!
The boxing classes with Chris are tough. If you want to burn 1000 calories come to boxing and be prepared to work.

Try their abs class with Stephanie. I don't care who you are, it will kick your butt!
The mens general locker room is always full of old man balls. Like, all over. Every 90 year old in Carlsbad goes to that locker room to show off. Go in at your own risk.
