Love all the classes and the staff here. Such a supportive, empowering fitness community! Try David's 6am tabata classes on weds and fri for a great start to your work day!

Come early to get the spot you want. Classes are packed - it would be nice if they limited the class size.

Rachel's Body Pump will break you down and make you tougher. Best class ever, even if there is a large volume of Glee pop songs.
