Apart from the excellent beer the traditional czech food is the best I've had in Prague.

see if they have fresh oysters, they usually do and they're always very fresh. match them with a good fruity white wine.
The brewery here is awesome. Great beer, cool atmosphere ... and the food looked to be pretty good. I did not have nay myself however.

Forget gin-tonic and go for GGC. =) The most awesome cocktails in Prague in a small "living room"-like bar.
Great steaks. Modern type of Czech traditional restaurant. Go for the unpastorised pilsner urquell in tanks. Ask Jiri the bartender for a 'mliko' the milk (a special pour of beer with amazing foam)
Best beer garden in the city, with an amazing view of Prague. It closes promptly at Midnight, so come early or bring your own booze for when the beer stall closes.
Own beer brewed on-site is worth a try. Decent spot, bar is on the left, restaurant in the right. Bars opens at 4pm
