- One of Jose Andres' best restaurants. Everything was innovative and delicious. Lamb dumplings and the Aeropuerto rice are awesome!
- My favorite is the Arroz aeropuerto! An amazing fried rice dish with fresh veggies snuck in there as a textural surprise
