Good food. Decent prices for food and drinks. 4square allows you to get free chips and salsa after checking in. Get the chili!

Make sure that the server enters your rewards account in system before checking out. Also as a chilies rewards member you get free salsa and chip's

I've never had bad service here but our waitress just sucked. She bought our app out with our meal & we asked 2x for misc things AND managers watched a 'Chilis' video in the restaurant while we ate.
