Can't say enough awesome things about this museum. Went with 4-year-old and barely made it off the first floor in 4 hours. People there are so friendly, so many interesting things to do.

Parking/tickets are a bit pricey, water floor fun. Bring change of clothes for kids, they will get soaked. May want to bring water shoes, floor is a little slick, drain holes can hurt little toes.

Kids had a blast, plenty for them to do. I enjoyed seeing the Mr Roger's puppets. Parking was tight but we got a spot.

There is an equivalent to this museum in Toronto, Ontario, Canada which is the Ontario Science Center. This museum is less crowded though.

If you park in lot with big fish above it they will valley pal cars behind you so you'll be suck shifting for one of the rude valet attendants to move cars around

A little pricey for a one-off visit for out-of-towners ($11/adult, $10/kiddo), but at $99 for a family membership for a year? Definitely worth the price.

Another good idea (if its warm enough) is to bring swimwear for kids in water area. And a towel.
