Dr michael lange says this is the best workout facility in London and this is where he works out. It has everything u need including smoothie bar.

Very beautiful gym in central London. Very large and well equipped. Swimming pool, sauna, steaming room. And very relaxing area that gives on the swimming pool. Love it!!

Huge gym with loads of different kit, big swimming pool and decent cafe. Very reasonable membership for a gym in central London.

One of the better equipped gyms in London. Still tiny free weights area and severe lack of oxygen at peak times.

The pool isn't so busy after lunch time. It's quiet place overall and excellent customer service

The pool is fairly empty at 655 to 715. Along with the sauna. :) I have a lane to myself most days.

Note that it closes at 10, not 10:30. Doors lock at 10:30, but the time between is meant to shut the gym down not exercise!

The treadmill second from right, first row (as you're facing the TV screens) doesn't have that irritating 25 minute time restriction.
