We loved this place. We lucked out and checked in on a day when they had 25 dollar suite upgrades. Definitely worth it. We will stay here again for sure

If u use the kiosk for checking in, make sure to remember that u have to swipe your key card in the elevator (below the #'s) to get to ur fl

Decent hotel to stay, but next time staying nearby the Magnificent mile or River North. Not far from all the shops and restaurants. :)

Approximately $40 for a taxi to and from O Hare. Can be ordered from front desk.

Small room that makes you ask "that's it?" Or "where's the rest of it?!" Or "is there a bathroom in here?" Minimum amenities though the gym is better than avg and the filtered bottled water is nice

If you have a late bus or train they will hold onto your luggage after you check out for free until you are ready to leave Chicago
