If they mess up your order, do not send it back. Ask for the menu again and order something different. They will cook the same burger again, dry it out and serve it back to you.

Had the grilled lobster, but probably should have gotten it steamed. Fries were good. Food came out very quick.

I mean the concept is good. But then you kinda realize theyre clinging to the novelty of it and you wish you went to somewhere else for a solid burger.

It was not super crowded or noisy, perhaps since we came for lunch but lobster roll was very good.

the lobster roll was disappointingly mediocre. i had such high hopes from the reviews, but it doesn't taste fresh at all. maybe i got a bad batch, but the texture of the lobster was so thick and chewy

Disappointed. I cant believe they give you skinny French fries that came frozen in a bag, instead of freshly cut. Burger wasn't great. The bun to beef ratio was horrible, it fell apart after 3 bites.
