One of the toughest workouts I've ever done. You will feel it in your muscles and you will hate it and love it at the same time. Nice clean facility too and a great new client special!
This place is great! Best pilates in the city! Abby is the best :)! She's super awesome, whether you're a beginner or not. All of the trainers are super nice, so you can't go wrong with any of them!
Cool studio, extremely challenging class that will have your muscles trembling during and long after. Highly recommend you to try a 5 pack. If you buy just one class tonight never go back. Nice staff
An intense total body workout that will leave you dripping. Small classes with personal attention to help you learn the megaformer machine. You'll def feel the burn!

Three days after my first class and I still feel like I got thrown down a flight of stairs. So I guess it works!
One of the hardest workouts every. Mega-former pilates that will leave you shaking.
So hard but such a good workout and so worth it. All of the instructors are great!
