    Talking about never improving. Horrible customer service as always been. Founders IPA completely flat and tasteless. Bartender was not wearing gloves. No management or leadership.

    Wait time was 110 minutes total, server brought two drinks at a time for a party of eight leaving the 5 year old for last. Food was ICE COLD! Second time this has happened to us! Fail!

    In the same plaza as "Dicks Sporting Goods", BJ's has extremely poor, inattentive and slow service, as observed by many others. Bread is always "in the oven" and never appears. Where's the oven, BFE?

    Avoid this place, long wait, slow service and HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE food. The worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. You can get a much better burger at Burger King
