If you start feeling sick/dizzy/overwhelmed, never breathe through your mouth. You're just going to make yourself feel worse. And most importantly, never leave the room. Keep calm, take a savasana.

I personally don't feel this is for beginners as advertised, but none the less it is an intense workout. u WILL SWEAT a bucket.
