Great gym. Everyone is really friendly. It's not a muscle-man gym, so it's very welcoming. They usually have great movies on the tv to watch. The classes are fun too!!

All the classes I've taken here have been fantastic & you see people of varying fitness levels :)

Hmmm so strong to put 6 plates on the leg press, but too much of a lazy weak pussy to take em off, every workout im (petite female) am unloading weights that some beep left on, thanks asshole
