The bed. I never want to leave this bed, it's so comfortable. Small rooms, but I'm okay with that! It's clean, and the staff is nice. Great location! Trader Joes, the L, Starbucks... five minute walks

Really nice and well-maintained, despite the weird lobby and quirky elevator. Staff is friendly, and wifi is so strong you can use it while you wait at the bus stop across the street.

It's an older hotel, but the staff were polite & professional, the rooms & facilities were clean, and my stay was pleasant. Downtown location with great access to all transit options. I'll stay again.

Nice hotel and good staff. Could really really use the upgrades. Rooms are smaller than normal but clean it's the right price. Parking @ $30 is a bit much but that's the convenience part of it all.

Limpio, amplio, excelentes camas. Muy centrico cerca de las mejores atracciones. Buen servicio. (No desayunen abajo, vayan a un lado al Yolk ahi si esta de lujo los desayunos)

stay here for a week, great location, convenient to the train an bus to most of the place. Normal wifi is freaking slow, but sometimes you can connect to a one with fast speed.. And room is clean!

Staff was welcoming & friendly.$52 a night to park.FREE WiFi.Good location in downtown Chicago.Easy access to Navy Pier within walking distance to Shedd’s Aquarium.Bed was comfortable.My rating 3/3-🌟

Traten de NO pedir habitación con vista al parque, el sol te levanta muy, muy temprano y durante toda la noche los autos sobre Michigan Ave. son una verdadera molestia.

Stayed here a few days. The location and access to transit is great but the hotel is low-end. Can't recommend it.

Stayed here for AWP. Rooms are pretty average for a cheap hotel. Parking is a bit much 24 a night. But the location is perfect, just a short walk to the Hilton and not too far from the train.

Good location but the Internet speed is straight outta 1997. Staff is hesitant to restart the router... But I can understand why since that only helps speed things up for 30 minutes or so.

The elevators smell like baby wipes and smoke and there are not enough outlets if you have more then two people with you. Cheap and affordable in city but loud as hell in the morning.

utter trash. blood stains on the sheets, bed bugs, carpet stains, rude staff, & entire hotel smelled like feces. didn't even spend the night bc the cops came to arrest drunken hotel security guard!
