Room cleaned everyday. Staff great. Providing all towels you need. Make sure to get a room in the upper level in order to avoid to be disturbed by noises from the street. Breakfast included.

Very very nice hotel! Definitely recommend it! Clean, nice people, free breakfast, free wifi, and great location!

Clean, large room and bathroom, quiet, good location, near several subway stations. The breakfast is resoanable, but everything is artificial.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! WE FOUND BEDBUGS IN THE BED!! WE HAVE BITES ALL OVER US AND THE MANAGER LYNN IS TRYING TO HIDE THIS FROM THE PUBLIC WE ALREADY CALLED THE HOUSING AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!

El personal es súper dispuesto, amable. Atentos a lo que se necesite. La ubicación es ideal. Chinatown es maravilloso, pero también a un paso de Little Italy, Soho, y el distrito financiero.

Clean, comfy, attentive staff, breakfast, wifi, gym, safe place. First room smelt but they switched us no problem. Area is ok, not the best but lots close by

Probably the top property in the Best Western Hotel chain! Excellent location and price. Very clean. Great rooms!

Very large rooms for the city. Bamboo floors and heated ceramic floors in the bathrooms. Great value.

On the 7th floor there are no vending machines. Just a plant in that space. For the ice go to breakfast area at the reception (2nd floor).

Decent rooms although I got a lot of bug bites one night. Also in Chinatown. Good because it is central to most things but bad because of the smell of the area surrounding it. Breakfast is subpar.

It's OK, can't really strongly recommend or warn people away from this hotel. Fine showers and beds, small rooms, fine location. Nothing special, nothing bad.

Avoid rooms 701, 702 & 703, these are right beside the vending and ice machine - unless you like the sound of falling rocks throughout the night.
