    Don't bother ordering from Best Buy I waited all day for a damaged item and then I had to reschedule. The customer service went through the motions. check your merchandise before it's delivered.

    Purchased Toshiba laptop 12/12/13 from DeKalb, IL BestBuy. Repaired 8/16, 9/22, 11/9 & 11/21 for same issue. Won't replace as Lemon Law states they should. Jody, store manger denies it. Warning all.
