    fine dining on the 27th floor of the Charlotte Plaza building; ask for a booth facing the windows for a great view of the city; order the Chateaubriand Bouquetiere for a special occassion

    I love the Atmosphere, the food, the service ,the view the view the view! My favorite place to enjoy lunch or dinner.
