Train with grandmaster Barry Jay monday, wednesday, &friday mornings. You wont regret it!
Sun morns are a busy time @Barry's, arrive 30mins early 2start on the treadmill. Arrive right before class & u'll be stuck on the floor ONLY. Instead of the tread, u'll have 2run the stairs outside!

Derek is one of the most motivating instructors to take! Very fun.
Chris is an awesome trainer!!! Make sure to arrive early cause his classes get full on a regular basis
Hardest workout of my life, but it feels oh so good! The results are immediate. :)
Natalie, Chris and Steven are my fave instructors based on difficulty and kick ass music.- While on the treadmill don't be on your phone! Also don't bother showing up if you need to wear your sunglasses cuz ur too hung over. plz people.
- Take the 5am academy - you get the most bang for your buck!
David S is my favorite! He only teaches 1 class a week. 3pm on Satuedays.
Love this spot...keeps the body on point!!!
- Early is on-time...On-time is late...And late is unacceptable.
