Place is amazing!! Any of the Baco sandwiches are great. Everytime I'm in downtown LA I try to stop in.

Wow... An epic letdown! Didn't come close to living up to all the hype! Service gets a 1.0 out of 5 (Alexis was great and that got the 1point) and the food gets a 3.9 out of 5 for a total score 2.49.

The original baco was good albeit a bit messy to eat. The caesar brussel sprouts was fantastic.

The trick is to go with a group and split a ton of food. Flavors are rich and a little bit goes a long way.

Go with the "The Original" Bäco if you dig on swine, Shrimp if you don't. Finish up with the outstanding Pineapple Upside-down Cake.

Feel the burn with the Inca Punch. Full bodied and delicious while the chichq morada shrub gives you some heat at the back of your throat.

Food snob alert: this place will let you down. Disjointed flavors, lackluster ambience, weird minimalist decor. If you like exciting, exotic food and you're coming from NYC, don't come here.
