D&A Travel: Anders: This has been my favorite Kreuzberg restaurant for many years. The checkered cloths are still there, food is perfect and music spot-on.

D&A Travel: Anders: Bring friends or just a book, outside if possible. Get the schnitzel!

D&A Travel: Anders: Daily Secret, Oct 2015: "With only 10 tables inside, most are using the wide pavement in the summertime. The pasta is fresh and the menu flexible. It’s very affordable and has a low attitude factor."

D&A Travel: Anders: My friend Jürgen designs the most spectacular hand-woven rugs. Check them all out in this flagship showroom. There's also an outlet in his old/first shop on Mulackstrasse around the corner.

D&A Travel: Anders: Maybe not the best Italian food in Berlin, but good enough - and definitely the most beautiful space!

D&A Travel: Anders: My favorite coworking space. I usually pick the high bar downstairs when I'm on my own.

D&A Travel: Anders: Portuguese pastries and coffee - get the pastel de nata, of course!

D&A Travel: Anders: Best cocktail bar in the world? Ring the bell on the green door and the hostess just MIGHT open! Happy Hour from 6-9pm makes it even better!

D&A Travel: Anders: This was my daily hang when I lived in Prenzlauerberg. Great location on the pretty Husemannstrasse that was restored to original glory as part of (East) Berlin's 750th anniversary in 1987.

D&A Travel: Anders: On a sunny autumn/winter/spring day, there's no better outside spot. Extensive weekend brunch buffet.

D&A Travel: Anders: Stylish Viennese cafe in a huge, beautiful Renaissance villa. A classic since they opened in 1979. Get the kaiserschmarren!
