Eduardo ColleGiugno 18, 2014This is one of the worst airlines I've ever used. Their website says a thing and at the check in they'll do another. They have a baggage embargo and won't let you know even if you check-in in advance.

They fly about as many flights per day as United, but have fewer frequent flyers at the top level, so you're more likely to get an upgrade

Nice experience but not necessary unless the lines for security are long.
