Was at ABC today with an understandable Xmas crowd. After a 30min wait, we sat down, made our orders, and had our food come out cold. RM140 for cold pizza, panini and a lukewarm soup is unacceptable.

Service deteriorated since they opened. Food served is also not as good anymore. Weekend crowd is expected, but 30 mins for a coffee is ridiculous. They forgot orders too, even after being reminded.

Unpalatable! The pasta was undercooked, is the suck pasta I have ever tasted, service is just normal. Way too overpriced for the type of food served. Dont think will come second time.

Environment is good, food is over-rated, fish is overcooked. Need to improve on the service, have to ask to serve the plain water few times.

A very bad experience for 1st time visiting. Waited an hour to serve the drinks. At the end miss out order for breakfast. I will not recommended coming during weekend. That's really Dissapointed.

Horribly slow service. Front desk person weren't prompt in greeting guests and menu weren't given even after being seated for 30 min. When the menu actually came, it was placed on an unoccupied seat.

Smoked duck pasta is nice, cempedak cake tasted very ordinary, service is just normal without any smile. Way too overpriced for the type of food served. Dont think will come second time.

Very bad service, we are not allow to sit longer and use the plug if we don’t order lunch.that time the place is very empty..Super rude, totally not recommended.will not visit anymore!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Food is good but service is mediocre for the price point. Refuses to arrange separate bills for big parties. I'd expect better service from an establishment like this.
