Aakash Bhardwaj: As you exit the mosque from the back, be sure to look for sultan cafe across the street. The view of the bosphorus and the mosque from the cafe is breathtaking. The cafe is a 2 minute walk from there.

Turkish Airlines: Make sure you check out the upside-down Medusa head which forms the bottom of one of the cistern’s columns. The Byzantine builders used the Roman relic as building material!
