Love the veggie burger; but never worth the constant wait for a table. Besides, who goes to dinner at 6pm on a saturday (if you don't have kids)?

Service was terrible tonight. Its usually good but multiple tables with the same waitress had trouble waiving her down for things like steak sauce and water. We bonded over being ignored.

Their 10 - 12 midnight happy hour rocks. $2 sliders/tuna rolls/salmon rolls = awesome deal :)

An unremarkable burger for an outrageous price. Recommend shack shack for twice the taste for half the price at 77 and columbus. Unami burger is similiar in price but 10x tastier

Not just for beef lovers...the fish tacos are stellar but small portion so you need a side...the Tuscan fries do rock but I prefer the steamed broccoli Leggi tutto

This time around the service and food were simply bad. The table was not properly set, missing salt, pepper, ketchup, silverware, etc. Have had a better experience at their 45th location.

If u order a burger, ask to swap out the regular fries for the Tuscan fries. They are thicker and have great parmesean seasoning.

Watch out for crowds. The place is jammed with people from all over and there's usually a wait for a table. Reservations are limited to 30% of the house. So if you're tight for time, try French Roast.

Forget the burgers, they're okay but there's WAY better. Instead go for the mac and cheese. Again, there's better, but for a burger joint it's pretty damn surprisingly good.
