Very costly. Go before 830 on weekends so that they dont charge you. But awesome view.

Super huge heated patio with extra warmth available in the form of attractive red hooded robes. Somewhat of a religious experience.

The "heated"rooftop garden is not so heated. In the winter, park your but in a cozy lounge seat downstairs. Save the rooftop folly for the summer.
