Der Wirt ist Braumeister und braut dunkles und Pilsener Bier für den Bedarf der Gaststätte selbst. Das Bier ist unpasteurisiert und unfiltriert. Die kleinste Brauerei, die ich bisher gesehen habe. :)

Tried ravioli & they were tasty. The strategy here is local, bio, vegan🌱! An unpleasant service situation happened though & they offered to take a drink off the bill. Actually they did without asking

Endlich ein Restaurant gefunden, bei dem ich als Vegetarier trotzdem herzhaft-deftig essen kann. Und dann gibt es hier auch noch selbstgebautes Bier!

Die Portionen könnten zwar ein klein wenig größer sein aber das Essen und das selbstgebraute Bier sind superlecker.

Brauereigaststätte. Klassisch schön und edel eingerichtet. Eine tolle Entdeckung. Das Essen ist konsequent vegan.

Der Service war sehr nett. Zu diesem Treberbrotsalat gab es eine kleine Anekdote gratis obendrauf.

Были один раз, весьма посредственно. Чечевицу пересолили, веганская котлета невкусная. 45 евро отдали и ушли с ощущением, что поели второсортную еду. Не рекомендую.
