The only chain restaurant I'd recommend in Sentosa, owing to their selection of Pisco cocktails which are particularly rare to find in SE Asia.

The skewers are pretty good. Meat beats seafood. Octopus is particularly bland and salmon is so-so. Chicken wings, pork belly, pork Sausage, beef ribeye particularly good.

Worst restaurant in RWS. Service was alright but food wasn't served hot - barely warm, and parts of it uncooked.
