they need to give the little lady with the Hello Kitty jacket a raise and / or bonus for the exceptionally neat and organized way she does things. Kudos also to her for best customer service!

Their customer service is horrible. They gave my parents and I cold Chiks. Then got mad because we wanted hot and fresh ones. Customer service means everything.
