In the heart of Time Square, this is a cool spot that oozes with class. Elsie's an incredible place for appetizers, great views & cocktails served by handsome bartenders makin it a double eye candy!

Came here on a Thursday night and 98% of the seating was reserved. So think about making a reservation unless you want to stand.

It’s a beautiful space and lovely for a good time with friends, or a date—as long as you’re not a certain color or weight.

The views are beautiful and so is the decor, conveniently next to my office, however a tad pretentious for my taste. I wouldn’t come to midtown on a weekend for this place

Guacamole was amazing! Great cocktails too! Beautiful view! Overall, great low key rooftop bar! I recommend.
