Had a problem with the fan on my MacBook Air. The guy opened the casing on the spot and turned out it was just dust. He didn't charge me anything and just brought out the tip jar. Thumbs up.

Avoid! Several negative reviews on Qype. I was a returning customer. But they damaged my computer and blamed me for it. Never again!
