If you or a loved one are a "hard stick" for an IV, ask for Lorraine. She's the one they call in for difficult sticks, &she was great & very nice. Thanks Lorraine!

not the hospital of my choice. they do not follow protocol very rude, slow as shit, and don't do a full exam!
