    This is the best hospital in the region. Its just a shame that its staff is going through so much, what with the sale to UMMS, its decertification and recertification by Medicare and now the layoffs.

    I take back my previous comment. Had a back visit however they've come to my rescue a number of times. Excellent hospital and staff!

    St joes is the best hospital in the area. Do Not Go to gbmc, they Lost my husband after surgery bc it was during a shift change, so he was left in an empty room in pain For 2 hours!!!

    Just my opinion but St. Joe's is the worst hospital I've EVER been too. No bedside manners whatsoever. Drive the extra 30 seconds to GBMC
