Pleasant and friendly neighborhood place. They will let customers park free at their "Garaze " entrance.
A very great neighborhood spot off the tourist path. Great outdoor seating but colorful indoor. Great grilled meats and Wine Chateau palacinka (filled pancake). Have the local Velebit beer-not Bud.
The Botanical Gardens, free to guests, are great. See the topiary hedges. The bar's margaritas, while expensive at $12, huge and world class.
A great Eco lodge. Fabulous pool, great piña coladas, good food. But no swimming in lake-crocodiles may be present.
Spider monkeys, swinging bridges over deep ravines and good hiking for about $8.75
Fabulous food. Best is traditional veal parmesan. But noise level can be very high on busy weekend nights.
A beautiful 1929 building, but more important, a warm and welcoming-to all- congregation with much fellowship.
The brodetto (Italian fish stew) is very good. Filled with scallops shrimp and good fish in a tasty red base.
