Hotel ok but hate the parking. You have to park in a parking garage two blocks from your hotel and walk,take a shuttle, or valet park and pay 15.00 a day to have your car in that garage.

If you go during spring break beware of high school groups :)- $12 parking per day valet or self park but it is downtown

If you are staying in the old Kress building part of the hotel be warned....it's haunted. The people at the front desk don't deny it....ask them about it.

The trolley stops right at the back door. Only $1 for a ride!

In some rooms air conditioner is louder that in others. Ask to change room if you thing it's too loud.

This hotel's mini bar is horrible! All the little bottles of alcohol taste like shampoo!!

This place has terrible service and everything was broken in my room. They blew me off when I complained; I will never stay here again
