    "Love this hotel but a couple complaints. No ovens in hotel rooms, no direct beach access, bad breakfast policy. Besides these, love this gorgeous hotel! Miss it and will return soon."

    "Hate this place! Got a grilled cheese and it was completely burnt and super greasy. Our waitress didn't offer to refill our drinks and didn't tell us the dessert menu when we asked. Bad experience!"
