Great fun for a family meal. Chefs prepare everything at the table and use plenty of flames. The kids loved it.

At the sushi bar, I have never had a great experience! There is always something from subpar service to rolls that are blah. I only go here if I need to for quick sushi if I am working in the area.

The texture and thickness of the noodle is what makes udon. The waitress dares to tell me they use thin "udon"so that they can cook it faster. That's not udon at all.
