• Pretty much every hotel had a resort fee. Don't know why everyone is so surprised. This is a great hotel at a great location.

• Taking the shuttle bus to one of the parks? Note where the bus drops you off, since that is exactly where they will pick you up. Look for the yellow "B" sign in the window for BV Palace (not Suites).

• Nice hotel, however they will try to rope u into some time share thing. The shuttles are awful and never on time. You can catch them in downtown Disney which is literally across the street.

• Cool rubber band scavenger hunt for the kids! Full service hotel so don't expect to use the luggage carts!

• Skip the hotel bar and walk to downtown Disney. House of Blues has an incredible happy hour. We got 4 margaritas there for the price of one at the hotel bar.
