• They are frauds, I rented online through USAA for $145, final bill after declining everything... $400. What a nightmare. I've never experienced such fraudulent activity.

• My reservation with AAA discount was $27.59 a day but turned into $79.00 a day because they upgraded me. A total rip off! No more AAA, Hertz, or Phoenix for me.

• If you use the Fuel Purchase Option and travel over 100 miles they will charge you for the full tall regardless of how much fuel you came in with. Wish they'd told us that before we filled up.

• 58 minutes later, as we headed to our car, the line zig zagged 7 times & then literally went all the way across the lobby to the bus area. It will be 90 minutes for them. Now 6 agents, up from 5 #fail
