Don McIntyreNovembre 14, 2017This place gets better all the time. Has a real authenticity to it and the rooms are great. Like many mid range British hotels it lacks a little finesse, but the staff are fantastic.
Hazel is the best shewill take great care of you! Get a garden room w/a patio. It’s so charming and private. Service is A+We had 0 issues with wifi. There’s plenty of great tours they can book & cabs
Atlas AdventuredNovembre 17, 2023Stunning hotel. Rooms are spacious, big bathroom, comfortable beds. Staff are friendly. Room service was quick and delicious. Great location and plenty of parking. AtlasAdventured recommends!

Free wifi? You mean the poor connection that is free only in the lobby (& NO where else) Even if you get a code you have to re-login when your device shuts down. Sheesh! (I've logged in 18xs tonight)

Lift has been broken for 3 days now. Staff just shrug when you ask. Avoid eating in the bar area unless you plan on a very long wait for the staff to drag themselves away from the TV to serve you
The buffet breakfast here is excellent, give it a go ;-)- Their fish was full of bones. Neither my husband or I could finish our dinner. Elevator broken. Had to do steps entire visit.
