    "WORST airport EVER for retrieving lost luggage. Told 4 different times that it was found & being delivered. 24 hours later it is STILL sitting in lost baggage. NO EXCUSE!! AND it was a DIRECT flight!!"

    "Incredibly disappointed in room. Absolutely awful view of parking lot on ground floor. Horrible. No privacy. Was expecting a beautiful view so i could relax in my room. Have to keep curtains closed."
