"Unfriendly staff. It pretty much feels like you have to beg to pay or to be served (with booking!). Not cheap either, for a £2 cheaper manicure than other nice salons it's not worth the experience."

"It can get really crowded and the queue system is confusing (people is unsure whether the queue is too pay, to be added to the waiting list or to get your table!) but food is ok. It's a bit pricey too"
