This was one of the most disappointing art shows I've seen in some time. Art is not assemblages and average photography about sex, politics and self hatred in order to make socially commentary.

Go up to the education centre on the 5th floor late evening and enjoy the peace and beautiful light - like all the early SoHo artists in their loft studios along Bowery.

New York/ possibly our fav. NY Museum, exhibits vary but the Sky Room view on the 7th floor is always amazing.

Do not recommend. Some of the exhibits were extremely obscene and made me feel very uncomfortable. It's safe to say "I did not get it." The staff was also not at all friendly, helpful, or informative.

Be prepared for pointless weirdness, barren walls and long lines on the weekend. Also, headaches from moving images and zero information from the limited staff present. The roof is nice.

Definitely, go at Thurs 7pm-9pm, when it's free. It's a good Museum but it doesn't worth the same price of Metropolitan being 1% of Met's size.
